  Staff is so rude. Smelled like a sewer. They close at 11 but when we got there at 9 to avoid a storm and let the kids play they wouldn’t let us in because they already cleaned.

  Excellent service! Even though it was busy my order came out quick and multiple people were making sure we had what we needed! Very impressed by this location and the staff!

  Roanoke location If you want to be embarrassingly corrected for asking for jelly at the window ( by the manager) or confronted for asking for an extra creamer or down right ignored then come to this Roanoke location! Interactions at this location usually have you walking away needing a therapist. Manager confronts/corrects me at the drive thru window sternly, telling me to ask for jelly at the menu board and not at the window. In a very frustrated, rude, stern way. He had employee step aside so he could tell me that and was noticeably annoyed with my request for jelly. On another occasion an assistant manager,I think, (male) questioned me needing an extra creamer on the side saying "you already have 3 in the coffee." As another reviewer noted- there is no protocol or postings of phone numbers to contact for complaints/corrections etc. I experienced the same. I looked for a complaints location contact number. But none were posted anywhere ( at the time.) I Had to ask for a phone number. Waited forever. Being avoided. Finally the manager (male) came over and pretended to not understand. I asked if this location is a franchise or no. He REFUSED to answer. He was dismissive and acted like he had no info about the location, to give me. Very nasty attitude in his tone and look. Finally he ripped off a piece of paper wrote the name Janet and handed it to me. I called. No answer. Maybe bogus. I live nearby in trophy club. I was going here regularly. But started to feel anxiety when having to ask for condiments or more than 2 napkins. That's crazy! I go to Southlake location now. * notice other reviewers mention that the manager is sketchy. Another reviewer says the manager is so rude - he actually turned around and walked off while the customer was needing help with an order. I agree with a reviewer that says they DISCRIMINATE. Yes big time. I agree. I used to come here to this location several times a week. Not anymore. Another reviewer says manage seems frustrated and gives off " don't want to be bothered " vibes. Another reviewer said the staff is rude. Reviewer says they discriminate. I agree have witnessed and experienced it. Another reviewer said they ignore you or treat you with frustration Have experienced all of this myself multiple times at this Roanoke location. Same pattern over and over. I'm not stopping until I reach corporate on this McDonald's. Franchise or not Whoever has owned this McDonald's has failed to remedy the same types of complaints for this location. It looks like this type of behavior at this location has gone back years. And as recent as past couple of months.
