  I just wanted to take a moment to thank Jimmy John’s for providing such a unique customer experience. Apparently the new process is sitting around for nearly 30 minutes wondering if your order is ever going to be started while watching people walk up to the counter, place orders, and leave with their food before you’ve even made progress. The real highlight, though, was somehow being made to feel like it was my fault I had been waiting so long. That takes talent. Nothing says customer service quite like argumentative staff and being blamed for an issue you didn’t create. I know expecting basic communication and a minimal level of customer service might be setting the bar too high these days, but I figured a place built around “fast” sandwiches might at least acknowledge someone sitting there for almost 30 minutes. Lesson learned.

  I came in a week or so ago and had an amazing experience thanks to Lauren. My kids had some questions about things the could put on their sandwiches and she was absolutely sweet with my children. She was amazing.

  So of the many JJs we have visited, this store absolutely had the rudest staff. Corey at counter was unfriendly and rude to every customer we witnessed. When one poor guy showed his irritation, he just smirked. Service was beyond slow. Freaky fast, I think not. I would have settled for simply served in a timely fashion. We like JJs and will continue to visit, just not this location.

  Horrible employees, waited forever tried to order online to use rewards wasn’t working while waiting and waiting for our order i watched 2 other customers get their order wrong and when they left the male Enployee thought it was funny that they didn’t know what sandwich they had and that one was missing!After they left him and the female employee thought it was funny while a restaurant full of people i won’t be back to this location never waited this long it took 25 minutes to get 2 sandwiches with 3 other pepper in the restaurant at a jimmy john’s ! Male Employee , Corey at the Roanoke Tx location
