    Yeah let’s watch the poor guy at the register struggle for 20minutes and yeah here just pick up your sandwich and bag it yourself. Horrible customer service you guys are a joke!

    It was ok. They seemed overrun with online and pick up orders and definitely put ours in last place. We waited awhile. Didn't have but 2 people there. Id go back to give it a second chance.

    My roommates and I come to this Jimmy John’s all the time. The employees are always so sweet and understanding. We got one sandwich messed up and they were so accommodating and polite. They remade the sandwich no questions asked and on top of that’s three in a cookie and and extra bag of chips! Will always choose this Jimmy John’s.
