  Stopped by for a few quick drinks. First, the drinks were amazing!!! More importantly, the young man working the drive-thru was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. HTeaO Roanoke is definitely my go-to drink place.

  I usually go to the HteaO in Keller and it is really good everytime. First time trying this one and the tea tasted old. Went in to try a different flavor and still tasted like really old tea. Wasted my free tea on this not impressed.

  We have found that the tea at this location is frequently cloudy and had a weird taste. We go to different locations regularly and this is not true of other locations. We've had to throw away tea once we got home because of the inconsistency.

  United States issued cash money is still legal tender...my young daughter wanted her blue razzler..so I drove to Roanoke for my first visit to this location. I still like to use cash and carry it, but when I get to the window, I realize I only have 2 $100 bills, and a couple of $1 bills. I order, get to the window, and the employee is SO kind. She takes my $100 US cash bill that I received from my bank, and then comes back and says we don't accept this. I know that this chain business has far more money than I could dream of in a lifetime of 20..and 2 or 3 drinks takes up a good portion of that $100 in our economy, unfortunately. So to not accept American cash, as a business that has far more than me, is disappointing. Admittedly, I'm a veteran and pretty "old school"/traditional (we used to swipe that counterfeit pen on it and put it in our register or drop safe, so I'm probably more upset about a US company not accepting US cash that I work hard to earn, or overpriced drinks, than I should be. I still feel it's unacceptable that a large chain company (franchised or not) can't provide $50 in change and instead, deny a hard working American due to them using American legal tender. Not a great way to treat veterans or any hard working American. Denying them and their kids service, for using hard earned United States legal tender.
