I stopped it this store to grab dinner for my wife and I on the way home from work. It was 7:30 and it looked like they were trying to get closed in the next 10 minutes. By the way, everything was empty or being emptied. I ordered two burrito bowls and they ran out of lettuce after the first bowl. I asked if they could just grab a small handful of lettuce from the drive-thru line and they said "no, we like to keep that over there". So not only did they run out of a key ingredient in their food but they passed on an opportunity for an easy layup to make a customer happy. It seems like every time I visit this location they're out of ingredients and the employees could care less how they take care of people. Every time I want Chipotle I should probably just go to Chick-fil-A.

Going in results in wait times that are beyond excessive. Ordering takeout results in bowls short on everything but rice, even with instructions otherwise and paying for extra meat etc. I will go out of my way to go to other locations at this point. In all honesty, corporate really needs to audit this location, this location is genuinely destructive to the Chipotle brand.
