One of the young employees appeared to make fun of the noise, and it felt like she was laughing at me. As a 45-year-old customer, I found the behavior disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that employees are young and may not realize how their actions come across, but customers should be treated with courtesy and respect regardless of the condition of their vehicle. The food and service are usually good, but this interaction left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I will be taking my business to another Chick-fil-A location where customers are treated with more respect. I hope management addresses the importance of professionalism and customer service with their team so other customers do not have a similar experience.

We ordered a kids meal and it only had the fries in it..has to go and get the drink and the nuggets from the front counter while the kids who work here just stood around chatting. Overall it was not a good experience and my daughter told me she could even hear them laughing and talking in the kids play area. We understand working in food and sometimes you need a break but it shouldn't be at the expense of your customers experience.
