Alex engaged with me directly and demonstrated deep product knowledge. He explained the logistics of regional meat variations, specifically detailing why beef fillets are not available at this store and directing me to the location 45 minutes away that stocks them. Management should be aware that Alex's expertise and welcoming approach represent the absolute best of H-E-B customer service.
