- LLLupitaSep 26, 20261.0Very disappointed with my recent experience at H-E-B. I spent over $800 on groceries and other items, only to discover that I had been charged twice for a large pack of paper towels. I had to return to the store and wait while they reviewed the cameras to confirm the mistake and refund me approximately $27. What disappointed me the most was that not a single person apologized for the inconvenience or the time I had to waste correcting their mistake. After spending that much money at the store, I expected better customer service. Another issue I noticed was that the meat was being bagged together with fruit and candy. Raw meat should be kept separate from other groceries to avoid potential cross-contamination. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them makes a difference. I expected better service, more care when bagging groceries, and at least a simple apology. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed.

- YYYaritzaSep 19, 20261.0Came tonight 9/19 to the store at around 8:20pm and was in lane 11 to pay, when the two ppl in front of me were told to go to lane 10. So I moved up to lane 11 which I was already in, and then the employee hollers at me that it’s already closed, and when the customers in front of me looked confused she rudely goes, “no, ella.” I told her I was already in line prior to her saying that and all she could think to say was ah okay. So instead of being in her apparent annoyance I moved, and the manager in a cowboy hat just closed the lane with a rope rather than apologizing for his and his employees rudeness.
