I was waiting in the first drive-thru lane and was next in line to place my order. However, while I was waiting, another vehicle arrived in the second lane and was assisted before me, despite arriving after several other customers, including myself. When I brought this concern to the manager's attention, she explained that Dutch Bros follows a "zigzag" ordering policy. While I understand that businesses have procedures in place to manage traffic and maintain efficiency, I believe those procedures should also ensure that customers are served fairly and in the order they arrive. My concern is not simply that another vehicle was served before me, but that a policy intended to create an organized and efficient ordering process was applied in a way that appeared unfair to customers who had already been waiting. I hope Dutch Bros will review how its drive-thru procedures are implemented, particularly when employees are not actively taking orders outside, and ensure that management handles customer concerns with greater understanding and professionalism.

It took 45 mins to get 5 medium drinks. Crazy slow. It was give away day, with only 3 workers(two making coffee and one pretending to clean). You do what you will with that information.
