  ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ This has to be the worst Wingstop location in all of Houston. Do NOT order through their website. The staff is getting orders completely wrong. We ordered all flats and received half flats and half drums. We never ordered cheese fries, and the drinks were flat and tasted awful. Very disappointing experience. Save yourself the frustration and go to another location.

  First time eating here! We picked up our order tonight from this location and the guys behind the counter were rude to my husband and couldn’t even be bothered to help him get the right order. We got home both orders of wings were overcooked and tasteless. Will not be returning!

  Ordered $50 worth of take out, and could not even ensure the order was complete. Got home, had only HALF my order! Called immediately and they already knew it wasn’t handed to me and was apologizing! My question is, why was I not called if you already knew you messed up the order?!?!

  I’ve been a loyal customer of this Wingstop for years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a lemon pepper chicken sandwich and 20 boneless wings, half lemon pepper and half Parmesan. When my family got home, we discovered the food was so heavily salted that it was completely inedible. No one could eat it. I called the store expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was told by an employee that the manager, Brian, would only refund the chicken sandwich unless I physically brought the entire order back to the restaurant for a full refund. Apparently, the burden is on the customer to make another trip because the kitchen failed to prepare edible food. The most disappointing part wasn’t even the overly salted food. It was the lack of customer service. Loyal customers shouldn’t have to waste additional time and gas to prove that food was prepared incorrectly. A simple apology and refund would have turned this into a minor mistake. Instead, the store chose to make the experience even more frustrating. Mistakes happen. Poor customer service is a choice. Based on this experience, I’ll think twice before returning, and I hope management provides better training on how to handle customer concerns.

  We live close by and I hadn’t realized this location was here. We usually go to the one in Aliana. Walking in, I couldn’t help to notice a very strong smell of mold. It was actually difficult to breathe & I almost walked out. If it wasn’t for the nice young lady who greeted me with a smile, I would have left. The wings & fries were good. No complaints on the food or service
