  Got a very bad food poisoning… this was my first and last time going there. It was late in the day and unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. Also the chicken was old and cold , that was my warning sign

  I hate to leave a negative review because I’m a regular customer at this wing Bay location, and this is honestly the first time I’ve had an issue. Today, my order came to nearly $40. I ordered three flavors: Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and Cajun. The Lemon Pepper wings were fresh and exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, the Garlic Parmesan and Cajun wings were very dry, hard, and tasted like they had been sitting out for quite some time. They definitely were not fresh. What makes this even more disappointing is that I placed my order online instead of walking in because I wanted my food prepared fresh and ready for pickup. Instead, I ended up paying for wings that were overcooked and dried out. I tried calling the store three separate times to address the issue, but no one answered the phone. I even left a voicemail hoping a supervisor would return my call. I’m not writing this review to be difficult—I just want the quality I’ve always received from this location. I hope management reaches out and ensures this doesn’t happen again because I’ve always enjoyed ordering from here until today.

  I just ordered here for the first time. Got on the app and placed a delivery order. I ordered the 30 piece bundle that comes with 3 ranches and I also ordered an additional large ranch for $5. I received everything except my additional ranch. I called the restaurant and spoke with a young lady. She explained the additional large ranch is 3 cups of ranch. I explained I had 3 total cups of ranch but I should have had 6 all day because of the additional I ordered. She said “welllll we don’t do refunds here, so next time you come in we can give you a free large ranch”. Yeah I can see me asking that in the future and someone not believing me, and I’m out $5. Plus the taxes, fees, and tip that goes into that ranch and it’s more like $6. What crap customer service to be told that on the phone. This is my fault once again for trusting delivery, however I’m sure this is an issue with the restaurant itself not packing it. This especially sucks because Wingstop has similar service issues and I stopped going there a while ago hoping to find a new place. Heck no, never again. As a restaurant manager of 20 years you couldn’t convince me that this place really wants my money. Makes no sense these days in this economy why you would treat you people like that.

  Best wings in the area! I am so happy to have a delicious wing spot nearby. The wings are hot, fresh, and have a good crisp to them. My fiancé and I have tried the spicy peach, hot lemon pepper, hot honey, and regular lemon pepper..all were delicious and not overly spicy. I was especially surprised by the lemon pepper bc I actually hate lemon pepper but these are delicious, as the lemon flavor is not too strong or overpowering. The fries are also delicious. I also love that they stay open late! Highly recommend!

  1st and last time here. Place was hot on the inside, who wants to sit down to.eat in the heat. It's 100 degrees outside. Cashier was nice, no problems there. Food? Bland, bland, bland. Ordered plain, garlic parm, mild buffalo. Was not nasty tasting, just bland. I've had plain no sauce wings before and I knew I was eating chicken. I had to look to see if that's what it was. I do hope they make it. Hate see businesses fail. Maybe the other flavors are more intense?
