  I had an amazing experience at Wingbay today! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, the restaurant was clean, and the food smelled incredible. But what truly made our visit stand out was the outstanding service provided by Alex, the manager. Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. It’s rare to find someone so professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about the customers’ experience. He checked on us multiple times, made sure our order was exactly how we wanted it, and handled everything with such a positive attitude and great energy. And the food — absolutely delicious! The wings were fresh, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and packed with taste. Every bite was amazing, and you can tell they really care about quality here. The portions were generous, everything came out hot and fresh, and the sauces were incredible. Customer service like this deserves recognition. Alex truly made us feel valued as customers, and because of him, we will definitely be coming back again and recommending Wingbay to friends and family. Thank you for the excellent service, delicious food, and overall wonderful experience! Highly recommend Wingbay if you want great food and top-tier customer service!

  I ordered take out for first time from this place, definitely excellent way people say it was. Very crispy, very tasty and definitely loved the wings and fries (esp dirty fries). Definitely would get it again and recommend to others as well.

  I tried the Hot Lemon Pepper and Mardi Gras this time. I was not a huge fan of the Mardi Gras but if you are into cajun seasoning you would like it. I have had the Spicy Peach before and I loved that flavor if you like a sweet hot you should try that.

  Wings and flavor options are good. The wings crispy and don't get hard after reheating. The downside is service upon picking up your order seems a bit unorganized which was frustrating. Young cashier was a bit clueless on multi-tasking and awareness. I will continue to order from here just maybe delivery only.

  Wings were 7/10. Our bone ins were slightly over cooked and didn’t hold the little sauce it had well. Cajun fries were 8/10. Regular hot wasn’t hot at all and didn’t seem to have much flavor, but this could be from lack of sauce. Hot lemon pepper was the regular hot with a lemon pepper seasoning (duh) so same lack of heat but the flavor of the lemon pepper made these the obvious winner. I’ll probably try the boneless next time with other sauces. And ask for it wet.
