Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- SASandy Apgar1 day ago1.0I order a meal and asked for extra sweet and spicy sauce on the side. The girl handed me a container and I went home. Once there I looked at it and discovered it was not sweet and spicy sauce. It was white. So I drove back and went to the drive thru again. I explained what I ordered and said I did not get it. The response was a short “move forward”. I waited on the line until my turn. As i approached the window the girl opened her window and just handed me the right sauce. I asked what she originally gave me and she said mayo. I asked how she got Mayo out of sweet and spicy sauce? She shrugged her shoulders and closed the window on me. She never once apologized for her mistake and the inconvenience it caused me. Customer service at this location is seriously lacking.

Most Whataburger locations never cook the fries crispy so glad they came out good. Service was decent considering I went through the drive thru. Overall decent visit.

They didn’t give me what I ordered after I repeated myself a 100 times. Still proceeds to give me the wrong thing after repeating back to be what I ordered. Has to go back inside, for the young lady to have an attitude and was cursing at other staff members. cherry on top, they still got my order wrong, my meal came with a medium fry and drink. I got small!!!!! I just left bc I’m pregnant, and did want to cause any commotion.
