    Here’s a review you can post: I’m really disappointed with my experience using the Tropical Smoothie rewards program. I tried redeeming 1,200 points for a free smoothie, but the reward wouldn’t go through the first time. When I tried again, the app told me I had already claimed the reward even though I never received or used it. I asked the employee about it, and even on his end it showed that the reward didn’t successfully go through. Despite that, my 1,200 points were still taken from my account. Now the app says I have an active reward that expires at 2:57 PM, but I was never given the chance to actually redeem it. It’s frustrating to lose so many points for nothing, especially when the issue appears to be a system error. I hope Tropical Smoothie can look into this and either restore my points or honor the reward that I earned.

    I ordered off the app for pickup. I didn’t realize that there is a pair and save option so I paid full price for all items and did not receive the discount. I thought the discount only applied to wraps and smoothies. I didn’t order a wrap so I didn’t think much of it. When I walked in the store to pickup I asked about the discount and the customer rep told me that the discount does apply to the items that I ordered. I told her I was charged full price so she told her line manager. Her line manager printed the receipt and verified I was charged full price. He then called his manager and I waited about ten minutes for the manager to call back. The line manager explained what happened to his manager and the manager said “I ordered wrong”, so I pulled out my phone went to the app and simulated an order that the line manager was so sure that he was going to show me where my error was. He couldn’t figure it out either so he called his manager again. The manager on the phone then called old him to tell me that I had to choose “pair and save”. I have ordered multiple times on the app and have never noticed the option all the way at the bottom of the page. It doesn’t even show if I don’t scroll, so if I know what I want, why would I “explore”. It’s hat means I have lost out every time I’ve ordered like 2 weeks ago when I redress from another location to my job. I asked if they could redo the order on the register and credit me the difference and the answer was a flat out “no” and then topped it off with “I could’ve canceled the order” after the fact, while I was thinking it only applied to wraps and that’s why I got charged full price. The line manager looked lost and had no clue on what to do he even said at first, “oh you had some items added at $0.00” and that was referring to things like removing lettuce, tomato and adding the free side. Horrible customer service. Horrible knowledge on the products and service and what kind of manager responds like that with no attempt at all to resolve what should’ve been a simple credit back.

    I ordered delivery through tropical smoothies website. When my doordash driver got to the store.. my smoothie was warm and melted. She asked for fresh order and was screamed at by the worker. Absolutely refused. I order weekly... this certain location is inconsistent and horrible. I jad to throw my smoothie away and the bread for my sandwhich is old and stale and very unpleasant. What a waste of $19. Which is already expensive.

    My wife and I ordered two smoothies two visits, the protein chocolate PB and the blimey limey. Terrible taste and watered down compared to the location by I-10 which never screw it up. Never coming back!

    I ordered a detox island green the evening of 1/21/2026 and had them add strawberries . I got home started to drink it and it tasted like watered grass. This smoothie is supposed to have mango & banana in addition to the strawberry I asked them to add . I barely drank it & didn’t finish it at all. It tasted of nothing . Really disappointed because everyone else’s smoothies were good except mine . Can y’all make this right please ?
