    Terrible terrible service, I live at least 4 mins in a walk from this location yet I called called multiple times waayyy before my order was ready to make adjustments and all but they never answered my call. This isn’t the first time I’ve called this location and it’s a 1 min drive from me. Upon arriving I called just to see if phones worked and it clearly was ringing so why they keep ignoring calls when there’s clearly no one inside the stores location is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. Either hire more people or train employees better. I’ve ordered from this location to over 10 years and not once have they answered a call I finally got fed up hence this review.

    Everytime I visit THIS Subway location there are always issues with the food. The scoops they give you are not full scoops of protein when you ask for extra and agree to the charge half of the scoop is given for a FOOT LONG sandwich. When you ask for veggies you get 5 tomato slices, 7 sliver of onions, 7 pickles again for a FOOT LONG. When you ask for extra VEGGIES you are told you will be charged extra. Since when does Subway charge for extra veggies??? Mind you once you agree to their “extra charge” you get an additional 3 slices of jalapeños on top of the 7 you’ve gotten. This has happened at EVERY visit at this subway location. The 5 star reviews you see are not true because there is a literal sign at the register that asks for the 5 star reviews. When asked to speak to a district manager about this constant issue at this location there is no response.

    This location isn’t it. I am always skimped out on the portioning (including the size of my 6inch, which is definitely NOT half of the loaf) and they up charge for everything, they gave me half of a piece of bacon for $2.00 like what? Customer service is iffy some of the workers are kind while others act like they hate their job. Love subway, just not this location

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THKS LOCATION AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE. I visited this Subway with my elderly mother and was extremely disappointed by both the food and the service. The employee helping us, who I believe was the manager named Jesus, was unfriendly and rude throughout our visit. I ordered a rotisserie chicken sub and felt that he was deliberately being stingy with the chicken. The same thing happened with the vegetables. Whenever I asked for a little more onion, spinach or other toppings, he would add very little and act inconvenienced by the request. I also got 2 other subs and had equally disappointing experiences when making my subs. The most upsetting part was how he interacted with us. He was dismissive and disrespectful, not only to me but also to my mother. We were given only one napkin, and when we asked for an additional napkin, we were ignored. When I politely asked again, the request was refused. As someone who eats at Subway multiple times a week, I know what normal service looks like. I recently moved into this neighborhood and was hoping this would become my regular location. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, I have no intention of returning.
