  Worst sonic ever. Workers are rude. On the phones whole time. Attitudes for no reason. Just keep driving to the one in the town center.

  I went to this sonic to buy my lunch and when I went to go pay through the drive thru window,I wanted to ask the employee a question and he ignored me and close the window to my face.

  Growing up working at Sonic I have a lot of respect for the brand and how it brought me up when it comes to my work ethic (17 years ago). I hadn’t visited in a while and recently visited the 1420 Jackson st location in Richmond, TX. I ordered two #3 after reading “Mayo and ketchup” under them I asked for mustard instead of ketchup (assuming I would only get those on the burger because it’s all that is in the description), a coney meal and two wacky pack corndogs. After receiving my order from the carhop I noticed I was missing my coney. I rang in and asked for it, they gave it to me about 5 minutes later. I got home to drop off my parents half of the order to find my burgers fully loaded and mustard instead of mayo. Also realized we didn’t get one of the drinks from our meals. Frustrated, I went back to the store and described the mess up (said it was my fault for assuming) and ordered something else and got the drink they also missed the first time. THEN got to my home and gave my kids their wacky packs to then realize there was only 1 corn dog…the other only had the fries, no corn dog. Now it’s an hour later, we ate cold food and one of my kids didn’t get the main item. To top it off the cherry limeades didn’t have the cherry in them (the best part of finishing the drink). I’m not sure what was going on but I won’t ever go back to that store, and most definitely think twice before going to a sonic because the work ethic that used to be there is certainly not there anymore. It’s truly saddening.

  Accidently ordered at the wrong location, and now this my new favorite location. My food was hot and correct. I ordered the basic smash burger with fries and my husband got the tropic burger with onion rings. Only suggestion I have is the location appearance needs to be updated. This is the only reason I have yet to visit this location. The staff was 100% ! Thanks for the great visit and food!
