The young man at the counter told me this last time they usually sell out before Noon. Is this any way to run a restaurant? Very disappointed in Rudy’s.

The next thing the amount of cheese it's ridiculous huge potato. Please be generous with the cheese and pay attention when filling orders.

- CCChileJul 2, 20261.0We love Rudy’s moist brisket and order from here about twice a month, usually picking up large order for the family. However, our recent order was a huge disappointment. The moist brisket was sub par compared to our previous experiences. The moist brisket we received was more than 50% fat and very little brisket meat. This is the first time we have experienced this issue with the moist brisket and was very disappointed that we paid so much for mostly fat. I submitted a feedback survey and haven’t received a response. Please ensure that your customers receive brisket meat instead of fat.
