- STSonny T.6 days ago4.0Hope management gives a word of wisdom to their cashiers that are not familiar with how to bag items by putting the heaviest & widest down in the bottom First. Our cashier today turned our baked potatoe sideways and then shoved our small peach cobbler next to it. The potato toppings were all scattered when we opened it up.

- 3M3807 MadonnaAug 17, 20264.0Lots of workers chatting and socializing behind the counter talking sports, stocking cups etc but took a good 5 minutes to finally help the customer waiting patiently in line. Maybe because it was close to closing time? The food is good, but not THAT good. Actually their regular sauce is honestly quite watery, unexpectedly bland, and unsophisticated tasting compared to other BBQ sauces. And their 'sissy' sauce is slightly richer but way peppery. You may be better off just enjoying the BBQ as is, or maybe with some of the free ketchup in packets. But the smoked meats are quite good.
- EEEricAug 13, 20262.0After a few disappointing visits I stopped going to Rudy’s. Today I gave them another chance. Unfortunately I was disappointed again. Order 1/2 lb moist brisket and it was dry. I could tell it was the right cut from the point. I think it was over cooked. The bark was like chewing on extra well done beef jerky. Needless to say I didn’t even try to finish. I salvaged what I could and got out of there.

It was a ghost town at early lunch and I can see why! Picked up two sandwiches and they were both awful. Turkey was dry overcooked end pieces, sausage was so tough I couldn't chew annd break the skin so had to toss it. My wife’s pulled pork sandwich had a very stingy and cold serving of pulled pork, maybe less than 2 ounces for $11!
