  I had a TERRIBLE experience, I received a cold INCOMPLETE order . I was lied to and told that my food would be remade and redelivered and that I would receive everything I paid for . She said I had to give the old food back to the driver which I agreed because I didn’t want that old cold food anyways . After 45 minutes of waiting for my 2nd order , the driver never showed up. I called the store back and the lady told me that they were under staffed , no one could deliver my food and they issued me a refund . NO ONE CALLED ME TO INFORM ME OF THIS SO I WAS WAITING FOR MY FOOD TO NEVER RECEIVE it. I told the lady I’d just come pick up my food she told me no it’s too late she has to close the store and their driver never returned. This was at 11pm and the store does not close until 12am. My original order was placed at 9:20pm!! This is unacceptable!

  Literally just placed an order online to this location. Got an error message saying call to confirm order. Call and they say oh it’s a power outage there so they are closed. Then why are you allowing orders to be placed. There is always an issue with this location burnt pizzas wrong orders just a mess.

  Pizza Hut location to Waze only you have to stand in line waiting. They have AirPods on you called. No one even is responding 10 minutes just to take my order. How messed up is that?
