  Great costumer service. I picked up a to go order and the kind gentleman saw my dog in my passenger seat and offered him doggy biscuits. Kindness unprovoked and I’m very thankful!

  Unfortunately, this was genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I took my in-laws out for dinner expecting a decent meal, and the food was extremely disappointing. Two people in our party ordered burgers, and both were overwhelmingly salty to the point that they were difficult to enjoy. Another person ordered a steak, and it was simply terrible. I ordered the pasta, which was probably the only somewhat decent dish at the table, but even that was nothing memorable. I normally try to be fair when leaving reviews because every restaurant can have an off night, but the overall quality of the food was unacceptable. I genuinely wouldn’t even feel comfortable feeding some of what we were served to my dogs. That’s how unpleasant the food was. For the price and reputation of Outback Steakhouse, I expected significantly better. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return.
