I think they must have hired two new young ladies, and unfortunately their customer service and cleanliness seem to be very low. I didn’t get their names, but these two young ladies were wearing lashes, and one of them gave me an extremely sour face when I asked for ranch, and stormed off to get some when there wasn’t any at the counter near the 2nd window. The second lady, today, June 30th at around 11am. I went to get some food for me and my mother, and as I was pulling up to the 2nd window, I saw a young lady take a hit of her vape and quickly put it back into her pocket. I had to ask for my drinks to be remade because I found it to be unhygenic, and she gave me attitude for it. This is really unfortunate to see from this Mcdonald’s, as I was happy to come here because of the good customer service they’ve had over the past years, but I had these two unfortunate experiences back to back to another. I’m hoping these issues get resolved, especially the vaping situation, as that’s against health code for a food service store.
