  Literally just want my fries and sweet-and-sour sauce, but they charge me for a apple juice instead of the sauce, no sauce at the end btw. I also order a drink and as expected no straw. Instead of giving me the sauce at the end, the ladies just look at me and just give me the fry….. my day is ruined. My heart is broken. 😞💔

  First we went in the drive-thru and we asked for a meal we know they have the person taking the orders clueless next I come around the corner and all I see is this big hairy white dog everyone coming to the window rubbing this dog and all I see is dog hair flying I said something to the guy at the first window had the audacity to defend why it’s ok for him and all the other workers I seen come to that window and rub not pet rub that dog and then think it’s ok to hand me my food that’s just unacceptable I was so upset my husband went inside and reported to the manager what happened to me the money I spend I threw the food in the trash because now in my mind it has dog hair on it this was a complete disgrace and I had my grandkids in the car some things just shouldn’t happen at a food establishment I feel like calling the health department that’s ppl stomachs everyone don’t play about they food that’s why I took a video of all this madness

  I have been going to this McDonald’s for a while now. But in the past 3 months I’ve had an unpleasant experience with one of the employees his name is bosun. He’s very rude and disrespectful. He always has a terrible attitude and lacks customer service. He is also never friendly or even greets the customers. At first I thought I was the only person with this experience but as I’m going through the reviews others have been through the same thing. If you can see in the reviews he’s the one that has blond locks. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

  Not certain it this is accurate or not but they say they close from 3:45 am - 4:20 am to set up for breakfast. I placed an order on the app before 4 am and they said they couldn't make it due to the change from dinner to breakfast. They said the app will automatically refund but I had to do it myself. Sounds like b.s. to me. But if I'm wrong then I'm wrong.
