  None of the staff preparing food wore hair nets,young man cooking is violation health code,no hair net,constantly touching his face and shaking associates hands and proceeds to cooking without changing the gloves or most importantly washing his hands

  Terrible, terrible manager. If I’m not mistaken her name is Juana. Very lousy , slow and rude. I simply asked her after waiting for 10mins to put fresh fries in the fryer(I order light salt, and noticed she never started making them). She immediately got upset and told me she’s busy very rudely. I ignored her. She then says unprovoked “he was here before you” rolling her eyes and being very rude i told her don’t address me like that. She starts cursing at me and refuses to serve me. I’ve already filed a formal complaint. I was baffled to experience such behavior from a shift manager.

  It was horrible. With the kiosks set up to order from it was downhill from there. Menu said steak and egg sandwiches weren't available which wasn't true. They're was only 2 other people waiting besides me. It took nearly 20 minutes to get two breakfast meals. When I asked were Theo short staff the cashier replied no. The cashier actually was doubling as a cashier and cook running back and forth. Very inconvenient since I was planning on having breakfast with my son before dropping him to school.

  Great customer service. The lady with glasses was great. I am a very pleased customer.
