  Instead of telling us they're out of something. They just end up not giving it to us, when we go back inside to let them know. They said they don't have it and offer the refund.

  They always forget something and when you check and realize it they want you to drive all the way around for their mistake .. a simple fast food job they can’t even do right !

  The food is very inconsistent in quality but the worst part is the wait time. I order ahead in the app and there can be 2 people waiting in the drive thru and everytime it still takes AT LEAST 20 minutes for me to get my food. They need some serious retraining by corporate because the wait time is beyond ridiculous for a fast food business that isn't even busy with customers wrapped around the building

  THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, I ordered food for the drive-through and then when I got to the window to pay, I had them reread my order and they read it to me correctly and at the next window they gave me the food but I was missing an entire meal so I went inside the staff inside didn’t even know what they were doing. They asked for my receipt so I gave it to them and it took him another 10 minutes just for them to give me my food. This place is ridiculous. New management or not this is the worst McDonald’s around.

  Please train the employees this is my 4th bad experience. They don’t know how to take an order they don’t know how to make it either. They have hard time using the computer… the coffee was so bad I had to throw it away after one sip… just train them better thats it.
