  This is by far the best hteao I’ve been to!! Their customer service is great along with their teas!! The workers there are sososososo incredibly nice and friendly! 10 out of 10 everyone must come here

  Love love love hteao but the workers are a bit weird it’s been multiple instances not even with only me but family as well, they tend to act a bit slow, I was the only person in the drive through ordering a drink from the secret menu n if I wouldn’t have known the drink is on the secret menu I would have felt dumb ordering it because of her acting like I was saying a order that didn’t exist, then she asked if the drink was for me when I go to the window as if I wasn’t the only person in line n they took forever too just one small drink

  I’m a super fan of HTeaO and although none of them are near me(come to Fulshear please!!) this one has amazing staff working here! Great customer service and so friendly and kind! I will make the drive to this location simply because of the staff. Thank you for making me smile today!

  "Tea so nice you'll come through twice". I've been a loyal customer of HTeaO for years. I'm so glad one is finally open near me. The staff here is AMAZING!!! Tooyie (I hope I'm spelling it right) is a complete ray of sunshine!!! Her customer service is impeccable!!! Every time I see her it's the same! Great!!! The general manager Talia is awesome as well. Such a great staff!!! And obviously the tea is the best!!! Texas Chai, Peach Ginger, Strawberry Passion and Mint are my favs! Oh and Tooyie suggested that I try the pineapple mixed with coconut. I did and it was great! Taste like a Pina colada!

  Sweet Blueberry Green Tea is my absolute favorite! And for coffee I love the Marfa Morning! Pancake in a cup! They have sample cups to allow you to try the teas as well! Thank you again!!
