  This is VERY bad , everything i asked NOT to have you placed on it with NO chicken on a chicken wrap. How is this okay ? Do better, and to make matters worst i ordered through door dash which gives an even harder time with refunding. Do better

  Stopped by today for hot chicken. The person (perhaps Khizar) taking our order lacked Customer Service skills with recommendations as to heat levels based on preferences. Never could deliver a straight answer. Just focused on putting the order in. We got our food after waiting 10 minutes and the fries were cold/stale. My husband spoke with the same person that took our order and he reluctantly agreed make fresh fries. OK, wait and try to hold off on eating the sandwich..still no fries. We finished the sandwich and told the guy to disregard the fries because we’re 20+ minutes into the visit. He response was nooo response. Not an apology, no comment, not even a wave good bye. Saying, without saying..there was a steady flow of “other nationalities” that were greeted and they all seemed happy to meet/greet. Poor, poor customer service..but fresh sandwich and cold/stale fries. Try Urban Bird. Howdy’s is a never again for us.

  El lugar es orrible pregunte q era lo más bueno y me recomendaron unas papas con pollo las pedí regular sin picante y me dieron un pollo picante con papas frías le expliqué a la muchacha q estaba picante y me dijo q no podía hacer nada q iba a llamar a su jefe para ver q así total perdí 20 dólares para salir con dolor de estómago que desagradable la antecion
