- TTTKSep 11, 20261.0If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had. I had a curbside order earlier this month and noticed that I was missing 2 Enfamil products that totaled over $100. I reached out to the customer service team several times requesting a refund. I have spoken with multiple store managers, one of which is named Will. They have REFUSED to issue a refund despite not being able to prove to me that I " did" receive my product. As a customer for over 10 years this is incredibly disappointing. I have spent thousands of dollars with this store and to receive this kind of "service" is appalling. To top it off, I spent my entire lunch break attempting to speak with someone above the management team for escalation. I am NOT satisfied with the experience I have received. If you are a customer of this HEB store I HIGHLY recommend getting your groceries elsewhere. They DO NOT value your money or loyalty.

The employees are always so friendly and greet us every time we come in. The checkout process is always fast and easy to get through. I love this HEB and this will always be my go-to store!
