  I’ve been to several HEB’s and always received great customer service but this location (which is right down the street from me) employees are not friendly or helpful. I’ll rather travel 10-15 minutes away before I go to this location again which is less than 5 minutes away from me.

  Absolutely disappointed in the voicemail I received. I placed an order for curbside which the window was from 9 to 930 pm. Once It was 924 , my husband was already in the parking spot for curbside to pick up our order. They left a voicemail stating that they are closed and that if I dont call them about being on the way for my order I will have to pick up my order at 7am tomorrow. Absolutely not, if I paid for my order and my time slot was 9 to 930 I shouldn't if I paid for that time slot. To receive such a rude voicemail when it was not even the time yet. I will no longer be shopping with this heb going forward if left with such a threatening email. I had a family to feed and that was extremely rude. "Hey this is HeB curveside this is geirmo calling, I'm trying to reach to Mercedes r just wanted to let you know we are closed right now and you made a 9 PM order if you're on the way give us a call otherwise you'll have to pick up your order at 7 AM tomorrow thank you for using curbside".

  Love this HEB location. The staff is always friendly and happy to help and the store and restrooms are always extremely clean.

  This is the worst HEB ever. The seafood department is always shutting down early, the produce section is trash, and they never have any rotisserie chickens. You would need to get here before 6:30 pm to get anything. News flash HEB, people work and can’t get the grocery store before 6:30 pm.

  This was such a horrible experience but the manager Brian made the experience much better. I contacted this H-E-B to place an order for my daughter's cake which I wanted picked up for the following day. I was unable to be in person due to being out of town working. A younger gentleman answer the phone and I asked him to describe to me certain hello Kitty templates for the cake. He expressed that he was unable to do that and that I would have to come in person. I simply expressed to him that I was unable to come in person due to being out of town and wanted to make sure that my daughter had a cake for the following day. He then continues to express that he cannot help me. I requested to speak to a manager which Brian came to the phone. Brian Express that he would have template sent to me via text. While I was waiting on hold I heard a lady in the background stating that, "I would text her the templates but I ain't talking to her". This was stated in a very rude manner close to the phone where I can hear it. The text came from a lady by the name of Linda Brakora. This was very disappointing and heartbreaking to hear someone State this over the phone in such an ugly manner. Shortly after Brian came back to the phone and I expressed to him what I heard and told him my gratitude for him helping me. I appreciate Brian for all his efforts because of him my daughter's birthday is going to be a success. Thank you so much Brian because obviously there are people there that work at this place that really don't care.
