- ELEmily Le2 days ago1.0My mom told me her experience at the HEB Florist yesterday (5/17/26) and I'm so disappointed!! I've been so loyal to HEB for so many years and I hate how my mom did not get good services. She was trying to get me flowers for my graduation and when it was time to pick it up, it ended up not being what she requested. She was being communicative with the florist worker and apparently she had an attitude with my mom and that made my mom really frustrated. Super disappointed and hoping the florist workers are more kinder in the future because this is unacceptable.

- RFRain Fox3 days ago2.0This location has been steadily going down hill. The quality of meat, the service at the butcher counter, the selection - looking to buy your favorite brand? Nope! You "must" buy the HEB brand because they refuse to carry the brand you want. The buddy bucks were always a really nice feature that HEB provided, but this location has even ruined that, with a less fun digital machine that never lands on anything but 1s and 2s, and never gives out the tickets anyway. So disappointing.

- TRTesse RollandMay 9, 20261.0I frequent this location today I was sold old dead flowers through curb side union returning them a guy said just grab another me being a honest person knew that wasn't proper protocol so I go to the front for mgn no one was there then a lady name beg with A told me to go get another arrangement upon returning there was a being extremely RUDE THEN REFUSED TO GIVE HIS NAME SO I ASK ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AND HIS NAME IS JOHNNY HOW DARE A MGN CONDUCT THAT TYPE OF BEHAVIOR OVER A 65$ ARRANGEMENT I GOT MY MY MOTHER I LEFT EVERYTHING AND PLAN TO DISPUTE MY ENTIRE ORDER
