It wasn’t. I live far away so coming back out was a no go. I asked the fish department guy if he knew anyone who could help me. He then went and got Jahrene to help me. He came over with out any hesitation and got me the fajitas that my family likes. I was so happy that he assisted me with out question didn’t shoot me down or tell me “sorry we are closed” like the previous older man did the week before. He totally made me feel like as a customer I mattered. I then went to the deli department and the 3 ladies working tonight were beyond amazing. So helpful and just made me feel beautiful. I had a rough day, and they just made my evenings. This HEB has the absolute amazing people working there. If anyone from this store is reading this - I went there today 7/15/25 at 7:30 pm. Thank you again for making my grocery tip an amazing experience!
