I’ve never had any bad experiences with anyone on the staff team, until now with the manager at the customer service desk. I believe her name was Lawanda or Wonda? Not only was she not helpful, her tone is very degrading and rude when speaking to customers.

- AHA. HMay 21, 20261.0made a curbside pick-up order for the first time and i will NOT be doing that ever again. I was hoping this could be an easy option since im so busy, but they hire mainly teens or people who dont care enough, to do this and they will pick very obviously rotting vegetables out. i dont care if the person is young, at any age you can tell if something is literally rotting so bad its leaking rot juice through the bag.. i had to go back and shop for myself since all trust was gone, even though they offered for someone else to re-pick my rotten items. the manager was helpful and pleasant and offered a refund atleast, but seriously why is this ever happening. please do better. when i went back in the store i saw other items that werent rotten, so its not like the only options were rotting.if thats the case just say its out of stock and dont sell rotting food. there was literally flies all over the zuchinni.
