  It’s a nice store, but ordering groceries online for pickup or delivery is often disappointing because perishable items are “best by” the day of or the next day of receiving them. All. The. Time.

  HEB in general is very good. This particular location is absolutely horrible. I can no longer order produce from here for at least the last year. The condition is either bruised, outdated or just overall not edible on a regular basis. Sometimes I I’m buy things like potatoes or onions even the onions quite a few times lately. I’ve had a mushy yellow Center. I’ve spoken to the manager at curbside numerous times I thought it was the shoppers, not knowing how to pick good produce, even after putting notes in the comments he said he doesn’t even buy his produce there most of the stuff I don’t know their exact schedule is not shopped there. It’s shopped at a warehouse by drones or some story and brought over from another location. Apparently, this location is a test for these methods of shopping? Again, these are the reasons/excuses. I’ve been given for the poor Quality. That makes sense considering my bananas always had finger like bruises on them, mushy fruit and moldy berries and produce not being picked properly it would just make sense. CURBSIDE: They have two entrances from either side, causing you anytime it’s busy to have to play chicken. I have almost been in several accidents because of this. I have notified them relentlessly and they do absolutely nothing about it. The least they could do when it’s a busy time and all the spaces are taken instead of having a line at both ends, put some cones up at one of the entrances. Do something have somebody out there to help people but the fact that I had a woman screaming at me the other day I was almost hit this morning because a woman took off to get a spot decided the other lady was going to get there first got pissed off that I had pulled up and started to back into me. The store manager? Useless curbside and store mgr useless. I’m not gonna take the chance of my car getting damaged having to go into the shop have a loaner wait for the parts all because they can’t manage curbside pick up safely? Mmmmmm.. NO! changing locations

  I am regular buy grocery from HEB, In row 3 rd, last week did not find T-RUSK Chai in red and Brown packing? Pls tell me their availability today.Thks

  I'm not really sure what happened to this HEB.. seems like the overall store has just went down within the last few months Must be under new management or something

  Just went in to grab personal hygiene items as I go in i grab a basket where it directly in front of the entrance and exit where employees clock in and out, I almost hit one of them in the head while grabbing my basket and thank God I wasn't usually moving at the pace that I do. Then I proceed shopping as I'm headed to check out I experience t employees moving with out a care in the world bum rushing customers as we dont matter. Last time I seen gas prices it is expensive just to leave the house. Then I proceed to check out I go to leave the area and this employee blocking my right away to exit self check out making me feel very uncomfortable. I'm tired experience employees thinking they are more entitled of the aisle than the customer shopping. I hope they inform the area manager about employees being more courtesy. Thank you!
