  I grew up going to Dunkin Donuts in NY once a month, so I was excited when this location opened up. However it’s been a disappointment for many visits. Barely any donut options, and many of the ones they do offer is frequently sold out. The app is useless because it offers options they don’t have, and online orders take more than 20 minutes to get. What’s the point if it takes that long? I gave them multiple chances since they were new, but same issues after almost a year

  Came over here at 1:25 p.m. they don't have any donuts available. Worst management I've ever seen at a new dunkin' donut everyone needs to be fired over here Don't ever come back.

  Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. The only time I ever had an issue was when they first opened (not uncommon with any new business), but not even that would constitute it being a negative experience. I typically stop here on my way to work (when I’m not running late) to grab something. Not being too adventurous with drinks, I often stick to a regular coffee and it’s always tasted fresh to me. I don’t typically get breakfast, but when I’ve had the $6 meal deal or just an old fashioned donut they were great and have never been close to stale. The ladies working there in the mornings are always friendly, upbeat, and patient. Big shout out to Patricia and Callie, who usually work during the week and always greet me with a positive attitude to start the day.

  This is by far the WORST Dunkin Donuts I've had the misfortune of visiting. I am from NY and Dunkin is pretty much a staple for us. However, this particular store must be a knock off version. My very first time ordering a coffee was a complete DISASTER. Aside from the staff not knowing what a Medium French Vanilla Light & Sweet consisted of, the actual coffee once I educated them on how to make it was DISGUSTING. I've had better coffee from a gas station. Not to mention the donuts barely being fresh. The old fashioned donut I ordered was stiff, tasteless and quite frankly could be used as a weapon. Additionally, the staff ALL need to be replaced. The seasoned woman who mainly works in the kitchen has the worst attitude I've encountered. Then we have the younger staff who don't seem to like their jobs. Never welcoming customers with a smile and seeming clueless when being asked about products on the menu. Maybe it would be best if they just shut the place down. There is nothing I can find positive to say about this location. RUN don't walk. Save your money and find a different Dunkin to be a patron of.

  Super sweet and friendly staff! Delicious food and tasty drinks! Really glad there’s a Dunkin’ near us now! Been coming here a handful of times ever since they’ve opened and it does not disappoint! Always a great experience here. Highly recommend this location, really good quality overall!
