  Madison was so sweet and helpful! She was really patient with me while I was deciding what to get and gave me some really good drink recommendations. She made sure my order was right and had such a friendly attitude the whole time. Really great customer service and definitely made my experience at Dunkin better!

  Terrible service. Stood there waiting to order, lady saw me but never acknowledged. Spmeone from the back came up and saw me then she told her to attend to me. Very dry approach, no greeting. There was no selection of food displayed ready to order. Looks like no sense of urgency. Wanted to try a new spot because burnt out from the usual but I'll stick to the norm.

  The drink was okay, but the order took forever to fulfill although I placed the order at 4:49 pm. There was no sense of urgency and I had to go ask them about my order. The screen said my order was ready but it literally wasn’t. I don’t know if it is because of the time I came there, but the service was horrible and the workers there need to have a better sense of urgency because this was not it. They finally gave me my order 20 minutes later after I had to ask. Keep in mind it was not a large order or anything just a medium iced latte and hashbrowns, which they gave me first and then the latte 5 minutes later🙄. There is a very low chance I visit this location to get my coffee next time unless there is an improvement in service and sense of urgency. For the amount of time I waited, I expected better.
