    This is my 3 rd time here and every time I come the donuts looks pathetic!! Only 2 or 3 options and that too are very few!! We were very excited to have Dunkin in neighborhood but this place breaks all bad records!!! Sorry to see such a condition of Dunkin!! The worked looks like they have been forced into hard labor. No one greets you, shows attitude, no curtesy at all for customers. Will think twice before coming next time, even I have no other option!!

    Lobby services were terrible,seem to only prioritize drive-through, Three workers completely ignoring the lobby is awaited 15 minutes where they attended to drive-through need more help!

    It's a new Dunkin spot with a challenging drive-thru window. One can easily scratch their car in that horribly designed drive-thru window. You have to reach out of your car's window to hand your payment and receive your order. They need to do something about that curve.

    I honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. I guess everyone’s experience is different, but my experience at Dunkin’ was great. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. My food was made fresh and tasted great, and my drink was absolutely delicious. The store was clean, the service was quick, and the employees seemed to genuinely care about providing a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    Went with my wife and son for coffee, drinks and donuts and 2 young service reps were there one in headsets and one should be on the counter but he was not attending and another lady. We waited and waited and no service we bought a dozen donuts and my son wanted to have one we tried to order drinks but no one came to the cashier we tried and tried and no one seemed to care. We eventually left and paid for the dozen donuts but this was truly the worst service ever and especially with a special needs kid who just wanted a moment at Dunkin. Really need to develop your team and actually provide service.
