  This just unfair to have one person to be serving a very long line. Why can't there be more staff, this guy is the server and also taking payment, this to me is evil

  08/20/2026 BOGO event was the worst event I have ever seen. Over 100 kids packed in the store, system not working, kids cursing, cutting, and harassing staff and customers. Police showed up and said they could not do security as it was private business. Ordered kids outside to wrap around the store. Kids driving like crazy in the parking lot. Staff were clueless. Some common sense would suggest if you are going to do an event for high school kids you might want to prepare your store. After all that still got charged full price and did not get receipt. Will be sharing video of the chaos on social media.

  This place loves scamming you out protein, got double chicken and they gave me barely a half scoop, also barely gave me any guac. Food tasted nasty as well. Kept giving this place chances but never again. Worst chipotle ever. Drive thru workers also always rude.

  Very disappointing pickup order today. Arrived right on time according to the app, but the food was already cold. There was barely any chicken in my bowl just a mountain of rice, sour cream, and extra guac to cover up the fact that there was almost no protein. I know you guys have an standard amount but this was seriously not even half a scoop of chicken. I used to frequent the Mason Rd location with zero issues, but this location completely missed the mark today. Ended up wasting money on half a bowl I couldn't even eat. Edit: I just noticed on the reviews that it’s not even the first time they’ve done this on the chipotlane. As a manager myself, it’s a shame that management knows and they continue to do nothing about it.

  I giving one star review for the service I got because I went in there to order two orders, but I was only able to get one I never eat here this is my first time ordering here I ordered a bowl that was one order. But when I wanted to order the second order I wanted to order a quesadilla, and they told me you do know you have to order that one online how do I supposed to know being my first time ordering here if the employee was more concerned about the costumer being already in the line it would take longer to make the quesadilla instead not providing the service just because they are not polite customers are first we spend our money here you get paid because we buy here I’m pregnant and I didn’t wanted to wait another 20 minutes to get that quesadilla. Terrible service not informing costumers that some foods are only online I ended up leaving because of that terrible service. My first time coming here to not get a good service just because for them it is to much to made a quesadilla when you already ordering making you feel bad in-front of other costumers. Do better chipotle people sometimes just have a little time eat when your working.
