  This location has been a disappointment every time I've visited. The service, food quality, and overall experience all need significant improvement. I haven't tried other locations, so I can't compare, but I can definitely say I won't be returning to this one. The tacos were very poorly assembled. The ingredients were not distributed evenly, so instead of getting a balanced bite, I ended up eating each ingredient separately. It looked like there was very little care put into preparing the food. I also placed my order through the app and purposely arrived about five minutes after the scheduled pickup time to make sure it would be ready. Instead, my order hadn't even been started until I asked about it. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. On top of that, the tortilla wrapped in foil looked burnt or stained, which made me question whether it was even safe to eat. Another issue is the smell inside the restaurant. Both times I've picked up an order, the place had an unpleasant odor as soon as I walked in. It's not a good first impression and raises concerns about cleanliness. This location needs serious attention from the owner or the franchise. Better food preparation, improved customer service, cleaner conditions, and more efficient order management would make a huge difference.

  I'm surprised at how bad this store is getting orders correct. The online drive through orders have been wrong just about every time. This store has zero understanding what 2X chicken means... It means we PAID for a second portion of chicken which means the meal should include a double portion of chicken. This store gets this wrong when ordering in person and twice when ordering through the drive through.

  Worst place to get food. They consistently mess up orders from the app. How do you mess it up when it’s written in your face and the restaurant has stations?? Employees are either inept or just don’t care. Maybe both. Go to literally any other location.

  We ordered 2 kids meals (build your own taco) and a regular bowl. The kids meals had extremely small portions, and the tortillas were very dry. When I asked for more lettuce and tomato salad on the side, they said no. The customer service there is terrible, and I would not recommend.

  This is a HORRIBLY run chipotle. Everybody there acts like they have a chip on their shoulder. They give very underwhelming portions, and more frequently than not are out of steak. One time, I asked an employee if he would be able to check the drive thru line for steak, and he stated they were out there too. Not 2 minutes later, while paying, I saw them loading up a steak bowl. The counter where you make your drinks is rarely wiped down throughout service and it’s common to find lots of trash on the ground. Their employees move very slowly, without a sense of purpose, contributing to a painstakingly long line. Don’t you just love being treated like an inconvenience when you ask for a respectable sized meal for what they charge? Place is a joke and a negative image on the brand as a whole.
