  Horrible customer service, go to other locations near by. The manager is terrible as well and doesn’t care about the well being of the customers.

  Made a pick up order for my elderly grandma with knee problems For pick up to the chipotle lane. When she got to the lane, they said that they didn’t see her order even though I already paid they said send screenshots of the order confirmation so I sent screenshots directly from the Chipotle app as well as from my Wells Fargo bank statements, but they still didn’t see the order so then they put the order in and then they still asked for her to come inside Just so she can tell them what she wants on the bowl and they refuse to do it through the window even though she said multiple times that she’s barefooted and doesn’t have Any proper clothes on. That is absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of the chipotle lane if the orders don’t come through… If somebody over 70 tells you they don’t wanna come Inside and they ordered the chipotle lane FOR A REASON …. AND their barefooted you should not make them come inside. That is completely unacceptable.. The manager is my age, young but rude and smart. I was hearing her over the phone with my grandma was trying to communicate to her very unhelpful. Yall Just be working with no morals like does that even make sense???? Y’all need to fix it and find it.

  went in never been here had 5 wokers standing at register just talking doing nothing i stood to order for 30 seconds before anyone even came to help nobody was in line 2 people eating in restaurant at 12pm kept it simple chicken bowl to go she literally gave me 1/4 scoop of the spoon i said thats pretty little chicken can i have a bit more she gave me more and told the co workers in spanish double chicken finished the bowl got to the register and she said its double chicken i said why she gave me so little i had to ask for more even the extra didnt even make up a normal portion she said if we scoop twice no matter what its double chicken i said thats bs im not paying for that and left...Im always against recording ppl at work but i get why people record these clowns that work at chipotle its disgusting reported it to corporate also hope you get fired clown manager or whoever was running it that day is a joke theres a reason why this shitty location has bad reviews

  The food is good, but store management and line staff needs a reality check. The food tastes as good as always, but the portion sizes at this location are incredibly small and inconsistent. Chipotle’s CEO publicly stated that staff are instructed to give generous portions and to accommodate customers who ask for a little more. Unfortunately, the management and staff at this specific store are completely ignoring those corporate directives. When you order here, they act like the food is coming out of their own paychecks. They skimp on the bowls, and if you politely ask for a proper scoop, you get attitude. The "just ask" policy from the CEO clearly isn't being enforced by the managers on duty. If you want a decent-sized burrito or bowl without a fight, do yourself a favor and drive to a different location. Management seriously needs to retrain this staff to be more customer-centric and follow company standards.
