  This is the only location that is always trying to charge you a different price every time! The price either increases or decreases. It’s never consistent! The brown guy, I don’t know what his name is, for one charged me 13 dollars today when I usually pay $12, fine I let that slide. Then he gave me a KIDS CUP when I always get a regular cup for 12$!! Why am I being charged more for a kids cup?? I’ve paid different prices each time I go and it’s ridiculous. charging someone more more money THEN giving them a KIDS cup is insane. Fix this place. They pick and choose when to charge u

  I’ve never seen a restaurant with 10 employees behind the counter and somehow worse service than a location staffed by two people. The level of dysfunction was almost impressive. There appeared to be no management, no organization, and no sense of urgency whatsoever. Customers were left waiting while employees stood around, and somehow one person seemed to be doing the work that multiple people should have been handling. The line crawled at a painfully slow pace, orders took forever, and the entire operation looked completely chaotic. This location is a perfect example of what happens when nobody is in charge and nobody seems to care. If you’re looking for slow service, confusion, and frustration, this is the place. If you’re looking for a normal Chipotle experience, drive literally anywhere else.

  As context for this review I would like to say that I love this Chipotle and I eat at it constantly. Other than the following experience, my rating for it is a 5/5. However, the other day I come in to order a bowl and two side tortillas as per usual and the first station where the rice and beans and protein were had no rice so I had to wait extra time for that. This was the least of my problems with this experience however. When I got to the second station, there was this old Hispanic lady who always screws with the portions of orders. She puts on tiny portions of pico, corn, and cheese while I am literally asking her to put on more before she prematurely closes my bowl and doesn’t put any lettuce like I had asked prior. Because of the small portions, I had asked for a side of pico and cheese as I usually do, but she first off didn’t fill the cups completely and hastily did it while she also tried to charge me $3.20 for said sides which has never happened once in my constant visits to Chipotle over the years. I then questioned why my bowl, which is almost always $10.99 after tax with the two tortillas had suddenly jumped up to $15.23. She was then extremely rude, as she always is, and I eventually removed them from my order. To finish off the experience my coupons for the tortillas that I always use weren’t working so that was a nice little finisher. Overall, this employee is very rude and attempts to screw over the customer while also skimping on portions. There is, however, one employee that I do know the name of that is amazing at his job: Cade. Cade always makes me feel welcome and is fair with the portions dealt out. Cade should get a promotion; love that guy. This Chipotle is great, but something needs to be done about the conduct of this employee because it is a pattern of behavior that makes the experience far worse for the customer.
