Unfortunately, the experience became frustrating from the moment my order was taken. I clearly explained that I wanted cheese on only one bowl, but cheese was added to both. I asked for sour cream, and it was put on one bowl while the other had it on the side. I tried to clarify the order and even asked, “Are you listening to me? Why do you keep doing the opposite of what I’m asking?” Instead of acknowledging the issue, the young gentleman continued rolling his eyes and appeared completely uninterested in helping. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of attention to a very simple order were what really disappointed me. As a shareholder, I have higher expectations for the customer experience and this location fell well short of them. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the service and the attitude.

I don’t understand how people keep supporting places that are this stingy with their food, especially when there are better options nearby. You’re honestly better off going to the gyro place next door. I usually don’t complain, but serving a grown adult a baby-sized portion for the price is ridiculous. The customer service wasn’t good either. Definitely won’t be spending another dollar here. ✌🏾
