  I used to come here regularly but with the way the manager Bernardo spoke to me and the Owner Shane handled my issue was unacceptable and will be the last time I come here. During the height of Love Bug season, I did not expect cooked love bugs to be in my fries container and also in the bag with the rest of my food. When I brought it up to the manager Bernardo, he said “umm ok what Do you want me to do about it?” When I asked him if he would like me to take pictures and show it to him so that I can get a refund he flat out said “no, come get your fries if you want new ones” I was in complete shock and so I decided to bring this up to the owner Shane. All this guy did was offer to replace the one canister of fries, and after I told him that the love bugs were in the bag with the rest of the food, he simply didn’t care. This was the worst Chick-fil-A service I have ever encountered. I should have paid attention with the rest of the reviews when they stated that they found HAIR in their food, that the salad tasted a little STRANGE and how the sandwiches were not coming out hot, but rather serving them COLD. I would advise other people to skip this facility and go to the next nearest Chick-fil-A Because not only will you get terrible food, nobody is going to remedy that for you and nobody is going to own up to their mistakes. Terrible experience and horrible establishment!

  This location has gone down over the years. I waited for over an HOUR, for my food. Just to received a large fry barely filled, a soggy sandwich and cold soggy food. This is ridiculous!

  I had a messy situation I honestly created, and Alexandra went above and beyond to help me handle it. She was patient, kind, and very professional throughout the whole process. Her coworker (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name) was also incredibly helpful and supportive all the time when I went there. Thank you both for your outstanding service. I truly appreciate it!

  The level of service on the drive thru went down last three times and I been there. Management must know that if the service is not good people will not be back. If I want service like McDonald’s or Taco Bell then I go there but not Chikfila.

  Super busy and long, but was going by quick. This girl Giselle took my family’s order so swift and so understanding. She made sure she got all of my family’s very intricate orders and dealt with my sisters crappy attitude (sorry). Will be coming back
