I frequent both locations in Cinco Ranch and FM 1463 near Fulshear and they both offer Pup Cups if they see you drive up with your dog at no charge. However apparently this run location must have a problem with doing the same or perhaps the Manager dislikes dogs. Our pets are family to all of us who own one and therefore I will not promote this location because of the lack of friendliness towards dogs. They could at least charge a small fee for the whip cream in a cup if they are that concerned their bottom dollar could be affected.

His usual order is a 30-count nugget and two large fries because that is one of the few meals he will consistently eat. Unfortunately, I have had the same problem repeatedly with the fries. The fries on top look fine, but once you get toward the bottom, there are often mostly small broken pieces and crumbs. My son will not eat them. This happened so often that I stopped ordering through Uber Eats and started driving to the restaurant myself so I could specifically ask them not to give me the broken fries and crumbs from the bottom. I previously spoke with a manager about this, and I spoke with Manager Bravo again today. I politely asked if we could speak to the side so I could explain the issue privately, but she told me no and that I could only speak with her through the order window in front of the employees. She explained that the fries are received that way and that if they are not handled properly, they can break. My concern is that if the fries are being damaged because they are not being handled properly, the customer should not be the one receiving the poor-quality product. Instead of acknowledging my concern or offering a solution, the conversation became argumentative. What bothered me most was that there was no apology or indication that she considered this a legitimate customer-service issue. I am a frequent customer and spend money here several times every week. I should not have to inspect the bottom of every container or drive to the restaurant just to make sure I receive full-quality fries. I would appreciate it if the General Manager or Chick-fil-A corporate could look into this location and address the issue. When the fries on top consistently look good while the broken pieces and crumbs are hidden underneath, it gives the impression that customers are knowingly being given product that should not be served. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want the same quality of food throughout the entire container that I am paying for.
