    Juan provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. He had a great attitude, answered our questions with patience, and made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about the customers.     Just left the Cava and Juan was our server, He is incredibly kind and professional and polite. He is truly a gem in your establishment!! This was at the Richmond Texas location off of 99/grandpkwy. Near Aliana subdivision.

    I had dinner at CAVA last night, and I had an amazing experience thanks to Juan. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel genuinely welcomed with his friendly and charming personality. Juan prepared my bowl exactly how I like it, paying attention to every detail and ensuring my order was perfect. Great customer service can make all the difference, and he truly went above and beyond. I love this location, and as long as Juan is there, I’ll definitely keep coming back. Thank you, Juan, for making my dining experience such a positive one!

    I normally don’t write reviews at all, much less bad reviews, but I have to warn others. I ordered the chicken and rice bowl with arugula for myself and the harissa avocado chicken bowl with power greens for my relative. After eating the harissa avocado chicken bowl, my relative got really bad food poisoning—vomiting multiple times and suffering terrible stomach pain. I suspect I didn’t get sick only because I didn’t eat the arugula in the bowl. This is unacceptable.
