  Juan does an amazing job making us feel welcomed everytime my family and I come in. He gives us great service . Best CAVA is in Aliana no doubt about it.

  Mr TJ and the gentlemen working with him were super helpful with my daughter and I! The food is amazing restroom is clean and so is the restaurant! Braised lamb on point♥️

  My girlfriend and I come in here relatively often. Food is always fresh and good. Specifically, Syed is always very kind to us.

  The food was good today but the service was not. The lady with the pink, thick framed glasses is not very hospitable and lacks customer service. The young lady in front of me ordered a small or maybe kids meal… the staff with the pink frame eye glasses was telling the young lady she’s going to be charged extra for what she wanted and may as well get a bowl… the young lady said she wanted what she ordered… then as I ordered my food I asked for lentils and was told “that’s going to be extra” okay but that’s what I want… after my food was placed at the register, pink glasses was now working the register. She asked the young man who finished making my food if my order was to go…she could have asked me…I told her my order is for here . I asked for a lid.. pink glasses said she didn’t give me one because she would have to smash my food to put the lid on… if I were getting it to go I would have received a lid. Then she asked if I wanted a drink I replied yes…I asked her for dressing and she seemed irritated she put my dressing in portion cups then began talking to the woman who was behind me. She was rushing me away from the register and never gave me a cup for my drink. I asked her for a cup and she gave me one… I was rushing to collect my food, dressing , and cup while she proceeded to ring up the lady behind me. The employee with the thick framed pink glasses was very rude and noticeable irritated before I even ordered. She was in the kitchen area then came up to help. Her attitude and unprofessionalism was not appreciated. Cava is not cheap and the customers should get what they want including good customer service. And instead of telling customers if you want that it’s extra… maybe try sure you can have lentils, it’s an extra charge, are you okay with that. Not making a customer feel like are you sure you want this it’s going to cost more…I enjoy the food at Cava but some of the workers need training and coaching.. I almost forget I asked for pita chips and she(pink glasses) grabbed them and sat them on the counter never saying a word to me..The entire transaction I was treated as if I were an inconvenience. If she didn’t want to serve the public she should have stayed home or stayed in the back where she was. I just came in to sit down and have a good lunch. Definitely an unpleasant experience. My lunch was good but if ever see her working again I will ask for someone else.
