  My 1st time going to Bojangles. I was referred by a friend. Inside kiosk was easy to use for ordering. Manager James greeted us immediately and assisted us with our dine in order. He later came to see if there was anything else we needed. We ordered something else to go. Very pleasant atmosphere. Clean restrooms. Good price. Convenient location today. We will go again, and refer others. Good experience. ; )

  I came here after work because I love the food and wanted something fast to eat, When I got to the window I could recognize who’s voice it was because this isn’t my first time experiencing this at this location , with this individual but I never decided to write a review on it until now. He said hello in a very sassy tone and already sounded irritated even tho I hadn’t even said a word to him yet. I was very respectful to him and called him sir and was being very polite with him and told him I have a pickup order. He told me to come to the window and when I got there he asked if I had the chicken sandwich and only that, which I replied yes and he handed it to me and I told him thank you and to have a good night but he didn’t reply and just slammed the window I checked my food to make sure everything was right and noticed that the sandwich was cold even though this was a scheduled order and I arrived on time. so I came back through the drive thru to let him know and he told me he couldn’t hear me and to come to the window. Once I got there I asked him if they had already cleaned everything up like the fryers, etc. because the sandwich was cold and I could understand them making it early and that’s why it was cold. so they could begin closing the restaurant and clock out on time but he didn’t answer and just told me that he had just made the sandwich and got it fresh from the fryer so I told him to feel it himself which he did, but then he repeated the same thing even tho the sandwich was cold. He then got irritated and told his coworker to “drop another patty” but he let out a sigh and had a lot of attitude and sassiness when he said it and slammed the sliding window on me. His coworker then brought out the food and I thanked him because he was polite and apologized for the inconvenience, and I asked him for the gentleman’s name who was being rude and he called him over so I could talk to him which I then asked for his name because he was being very rude and that it wasn’t his first time being rude to me for no reason and I explained how I felt like he had some type of animosity. But he said he’s never seen me before and then finally gave me his name but in a very rude way because when I first asked for it I didn’t hear clearly and then he repeated it in a loud and sassy tone and spelled it out for me. Which I then told him goodnight and he slammed the window again. Like I said this isn’t the first time I have had this problem with him, but I let it slide the first two times because I understand people have bad days but when it happens 3 times in a row it’s a personal thing. His name is Jaquaylious or jaqualeus, other then that the food is great here and mostly everyone else has great service.

  I'm not really sure why this chain is here. We already have enough fast food places that do better than this place. The sausage in the breakfast biscuit was really dry. The Mac and Cheese was like Kraft Mac and Cheese. Nothing wrong with Kraft Mac and Cheese if you know what your getting. The fries were good. Anyway, I definitely won't be back.

  No greeting. I was staring at the menu and this employee walks up and hands me 2 cups. I look at him with confusion. I asked him whats this for, he tells me you placed an order. I said no, im looking at your menu due to I never been here before . He walks away and doesnt try to talk with me. I stood there for like 6 min realizing hes not gonna help me. So I walked to the kiosk. I get my drink. As im walking around the tables are dirty , beverages bar dirty, floors are dirty. He did bring me my food and no response from him and walks away. I was like this will be my last time coming here! I was excited to try your food. I was not impress and was disappointed. Not sure what the hype was about.
