I placed an online order at 6:40 PM for a simple large pepperoni pizza, and the app said it would be ready by 7:00 PM. I arrived at 7:09 PM and was told it would be another 15 minutes. At 7:30 PM, I was told 10 more minutes. Then at 7:45 PM, a third employee finally informed me that my pizza hadn’t even gone into the oven yet and that it would be another 20 minutes. What makes this experience even worse is that no one communicated what was actually going on. I stood there for over 30 minutes getting different answers from different employees while being completely ignored. Not one person apologized for the delay, for the lack of communication, or for wasting over an hour of my evening waiting on a pizza that was never even made. Mistakes happen, but basic customer service and honesty should not be too much to ask. A simple apology and accurate information would have gone a long way. Instead, I left frustrated, disappointed, and feeling like my time meant absolutely nothing. I will not be returning

We received our order via delivery, everything arrived as expected, however we ended up with some very unwelcome — a very long dark hair baked into the cheese of one of our pizzas. We are very disappointed. Please be sure the employees are pulling their hair back and wearing hair nets if needed!! Thank you!!! This was Friday, May 22nd around 8pm.
