  Whoever is the Night Shift leader, needs to get a new job. Horrible service with the horrible attitude, as well as their other staff. Just miserable. Now, if I knew that ketchupis coming out of their paycheck, then I will Bradly pay for it

  Whataburger had been off ever since they sold the company -especially this location. This evening my family and I ordered through the drive thru. Got handed the wrong order. Go in to correct it and got handed the WRONG order again. Get home, guess what -order is wrong again! WTH! Take it back up there and get the manager. She apologizes and remakes everything. Get back home and burgers are labeled wrong but right when you open them and guess what….there is HAIR in 2 of the burgers! I just can’t! Do yourself a solid and DO NOT order from here!!! Called the store a million time and of course nobody picks up. SMH!!

  CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. ordered at drive-thru & trusted that my burger would be correct. On opening my meal at my desk a few minutes later, they forgot the hamburger patty on my burger & gave me a salad on a bun instead. Had to waste my lunch hour driving back to convince them to give me a double-patty burger as a replacement, not even the whole order. Again, check your meal is correct before leaving even if it makes others behind you wait. Or risk wasting an hour driving back & waiting for your correct meal.

  i brought a group of 40 to this whataburger for a birthday and they handled it so well. the food was great, the staff was so nice. they took pictures for us and made it such a special 80th birthday! thank you!!!

  Would give zero stars if I could. Stop wasting peoples time. After getting home, I had to drive all the way back up there to get a refund because of the burger looked like it was sitting there for two weeks. And I did not receive an apology or sorry for your inconvenience or even free coupon for next time,nothing. And no receipt for my refund either. Will not be coming back here. Corporate seriously needs a real training program for this location. Also was supposed to be a double meat and wasn’t.
