  This is phenomenal… You eat this with your eyes closed! That butterfinger is IT! I mean, damn! Yum yum get you some… you might flinch at the price but that’s the last thing you’ll think of after that first bite. Hop in the car and vroom vroom yourself to Tounge in Cheek Ice Cream!

  Visited 2day and a white girl who worked there looked me in the 👀 and walked away. Asked her coworker was she busy and did she work there. She claimed she did but I felt unwelcome due to being a Black man and let's face it - there ain't many of my kind here. Thought there was a young Black girl who works here but I could be mistaken. Just really left me perplexed and I'll NEVER visit here again...

  We were in the Richardson area and decided to stop here for some dessert. We tried both the ice cream and shakes. We had the Cappuccino Crunch and Caramel Crack ice cream and the chocolate and mango shakes. Everything was delicious!

  ★☆☆☆☆ Disastrous service ruined what should have been a great treat. I visited based on good recommendations, but the service was beyond horrible. I waited in line, but when it was my turn, a young male employee walked out from the back and completely ignored me to ask the lady behind me what she wanted. When I asked what was going on, he finally looked at me and just shrugged. It only got worse from there: 1. Ignoring orders: I asked for Cappuccino Crunch and S’mores. He only scooped the Cappuccino Crunch and tried to walk away. When I repeated my order, he shrugged, put the Cappuccino Crunch back, and scooped S’mores instead of giving me both. 2. Giving the wrong flavor: I ordered a regular vanilla for my toddler instead, but he handed me KeyLime Pie and disappeared to the back before I could stop him. Serving KeyLime Pie (which contains mix-ins/crunch) instead of plain vanilla to a toddler is a serious choking hazard. The ice cream itself is great, but unless you want to be ignored, shrugged at, and handed the completely wrong order, avoid this place.

  Kind of sad because this was my favorite place before I moved away and I came by because online it said the blueberry cheesecake flavor was back, but when I arrived today, there was only a “mango cheesecake” so I ordered that. I’m extremely disappointed with the flavor profile as it gives more of a tart lemon flavor which upset my stomach (I can’t do lemon and dairy together) I didn’t taste mango or cheesecake at all. I’m giving 5 stars because they’ve never disappointed me in the past, but just bringing awareness to the fact that the mango cheesecake unfortunately doesn’t taste anything like cheesecake or mango. I’ll give it another go, with a different flavor next time.
