Would have been out of the store prior to 2300 as well, had the Nasty, hostile old lady employee closing the store not been on some absolute nonsense. The amount of time she spent spewing rude, unprofessional words to us and talking out the side of her mouth to her bewildered coworker after confronting us like a bouncer when we tried to walk to check out. The woman wouldn’t provide her name but kept making nasty comments under her breath while standing one register over. If the store hours are posted to close at 2300 and the doors are open, why are the registers down at 2250? And why is this woman yelling at me in a Tom Thumb? And then so sweetly addressing the young man who rocked up to the check out line with wine at 2305? Absolutely absurd.
