What is wrong with this place? Every single time we come through here there is something wrong, missing, out of stock, or the team members can't provide any type of customer service.
After going through the DT on 7/7 around 7:19pm, I had to go inside for a soda that they gave me flat. Did they help me? Of course not. After speaking to a gentlemen who seemed stoned, a girl came up and told me they weren't going to change the soda out nor were they going to refund my money for it. Wouldn't even give me the manager's name. Told me to take it up online or come back another day to speak to the GM. We got home without a drink, missing an item, and of course everything was cold. Avoid this place!
Note: Submitted a ticket on the app and still nothing.
Food was so cold, and only few potatoes in the taco and that too burned rough ones. Not fresh. It was the sauce inside the taco helping it not be so dry.

A.I. took my order. Needed an excuse to stop coming to the place I've gone since I was a kid and this was it. There's no comfort or sense of nostalgia left. People here were real chill, the new computer was annoying and portions were measly. Got enough money to come whenever I wanted as everything worth coming for disappeared.
I used to come to this Taco Bell all the time, but after my experience tonight (June 30 at approximately 11:17 PM), I will not be returning.
My friend and I politely asked if we could use the outlet near the counter for a few minutes so we could charge our phone enough to get home. We were initially told that the outlet didn’t work. However, when I plugged my charger in, it immediately started charging.
One of the employees then came over, unplugged my charger without asking, and told us we were not allowed to use the outlet. I asked why we had been told it didn’t work when it clearly did. She then changed her explanation and said customers couldn’t use it because it was “by the food.” That wasn’t accurate—the outlet is not next to any food preparation area.
I explained that we only needed a small amount of charge so we could safely get home. Her response was, “That’s not my problem. I don’t care how you get home. You need to figure it out.”
I then asked for the manager’s name. She refused to write it down and told me I could write it down myself. I also asked for the general manager’s business card, but she refused to provide one.
I had already purchased food and planned to dine in, but after the way I was treated, I no longer felt comfortable staying. Instead, we had to leave and find another place to charge our phone just to get home safely.
The customer service we received was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope management will address this with the staff and provide additional customer service training so other customers are not treated this way.
I will also be contacting customer service to report this experience. Unfortunately, Taco Bell has lost a loyal customer. Also, they have headsets that are on their head by food, which is considered unsanitary if a phone charging by food is unsanitary then why can a headset be by food
I did not know that Taco Bell dosent care about their customers that is good to know going forward

I am a vegetarian. I ordered a black bean crunch wrap with onions and no tomatoes. I was given a BEEF crunch wrap with tomatoes. I cannot have meat in any circumstances and have always trusted my food would be made to follow such. I consumed meat unknowingly and got severe food poisoning from this locations lack of care.
This is unacceptable and I need to be contacted to make it right. I have lost complete trust in this location. I understand mistakes can happen. Giving someone meat that specifically did not order it is ridiculous. I would not trust this location if you have any food /dietary restrictions.
