  Aside from being ignored for over 5 minutes standing at the register while the only front facing employee stood at expo, the food was decent, at best. The restaurant wasn’t packed, but most all tables were waiting on food, at 8pm. One of the kitchen staff was seated in the dining room, in uniform, ignoring everyone. Had to be called back into the kitchen by another employee bc the kitchen was apparently slammed, and he didn’t care. Long haired dude at the counter must’ve been high, bc also ignored us while waiting to order. Took close to 25 minutes to get food. During the wait, we saw another off duty employee (black guy) come in and help himself to a milkshake and eating off the line, in front of a dining room of people watching. Which apparently the long-haired chef’s didn’t mind not wearing gloves or hair nets as we saw them coughing on food, multiple times. Had to straight ask the employee for the beer I ordered bc we went right back to ignoring customers after being irritated we walked in. Terrible experience. First and last for everything. Go somewhere else, this place sucks

  Order the food online, because this cashier might as well be part of the scenery. After 40 minutes of waiting, turns out he charged me and never gave the order to the cooks. While waiting I watched him hand the wrong orders to 3 different people. He tried to give me someone else's GrubHub order although I ordered directly with him. To be clear: there was no other customers in the building when I go l got there multiple parties came in, got the wrong order, had them remade, and left before I got my 1 burger with no fries. If they were busy, I wouldn't mind because we've all been there. But with only one person? Come on

  The food is good—I won't lie. I went on a Friday and everything was excellent; however, when I went back another day—after the staff had changed—the tables were a bit dirty. Furthermore, my burger tasted overly salty, and even though I had ordered it without pickles, it came with them anyway.

  I very, very rarely leave bad reviews but this branch of Smashbuger is consistently terrible. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional and out of the dozen times my fiancé and I have been here to eat in or do takeout it’s taken ridiculous long to get our order to the point where the food is cold. If it was one bad experience I wouldn’t be bothered to leave a bad review but it’s truly every single time. Sucks because Smasgburger is pretty good and this is the closest branch near our house but today was the last time we’ll be coming here. :/

  Can't oder Togo 45 minutes before closing. I do hate going to places within an hour of closing after 20 years of service industry experience but never have I worked at a place that doesnt take orders before closing. So I rushed up to the store and they locked the doors 30 minutes early. I tried openening the door and 2 heads popped up and dissappeared. What can you do, I'm sure the food is great but i wont be finding out. Bring back the service industry of the 90s.
