  Customer service was great, the pizza was perfect, amount of toppings, sauce, perfect dough, with the garlic butter finish. Thank you for being awesome!

  Ordered a single pizza and cheese sticks. Order stated it would take 30 minutes to deliver. Waited over an hour and a half for an update to have the order handed to delivery. Food was no longer hot when received.

  Unfortunately I always seem to have quality issues at this location. I will say their delivery driver is amazingly kind and cheerful always, this is not a reflection of delivery staff. My order was wrong entirely and I attempted to call the store and was put on hold twice. Vs wasting my time on the phone I went ahead and did a customer service chat explaining the issues and was told it was being passed along to the manager for review. ZERO communication since… literal crickets. They state online that tavern is square cut which is our families preference (not a huge deal but definitely annoying). I also ordered the pesto sauce on one pizza and it was put on our other pizza and it was honestly too weird of a combination to even enjoy. Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend this location if you would like good customer service… or even your order correct. Attention to detail in their orders is not their strong suit.
