  I’ve been here plenty of times for work meetings. We opted to come here because we had a friend visiting from Scotland and she had a craving from fajitas. Overall, the food here is always good. I have not yet had a bad fajita, which is a great thing. We did get like the huge fajita platter to share amongst all of us and everything was delicious especially the ribs and the shrimp. Interestingly enough, there was a huge piece of chicken that was not cooked through it all on it. That seems to be a one off because I usually get the chicken fajitas when I come here for work. The margaritas were on point and delicious. As was the chips and the salsa. The one thing that I’m not a big fan of is how when you leave you always smell like onions so you need to make sure to wash your clothes out and take a shower when you get home. Overall, this place is nice and we will be coming again

  Forget this place and go to Pappadeaux instead! I wouldn’t go back here at this price point.. Food was only okay enough to eat after fixing it up with some extra stuff I had to ask for multiple times. The service and the food both left something to be desired. Some of the food also tasted like soap to me, and there was no cilantro to be found, and I like cilantro. The restaurant layout was also bizarre to me and didn’t seem to be very handicap accessible. The restaurant also has a weird odor to it. I detected it as soon as we walked in, and would have left if I wasn’t eating with a group.

  They seemed a little overwhelmed with the big crowds. We had a group over 18 people. Not a fan of their salsa it let a bad after taste. I asked waiter if they had green salsa & he said yes he'd bring it. I had to remind him 2 times before receiving it. It was better than the red salsa. I ordered Fajita mother's day platter for 3 & was brought a small platter. Fajitas were tasty. Later waiter acknowledged his mistake that he put in wrong platter. We had to wait 15 more minutes for the rest. When I received my check there was no discount. Bill was over $150 I spoke with manager & he adjusted the bill. The manager help right away.

  Fernie, our server….a youthful fella, but performed service like he had more years of experience than he’d been alive. His people skills were top notch & refreshing. It reminded me of service that we could count on 25-30 years ago. I told him to tell his mom that we could tell he was raised with graciousness & a fine work ethic. So mom, here is the proof I said it. From one mom to another, a job well done! Jacob, the manager came to chat either us about how happy he was to promote this young employee. He Aldo talked either us us about how important it was that customers felt a connection to their device . We are always pleased with the quality of Pappas food. The standard of service will bring us back, even if the location is not in our area. Great job Fernie & Jacob. Pappas upper mgmt, these guys are model employees.

  I rarely ever post ratings of places, but this place truly impressed me. Our food was amazing, the atmosphere was incredible, but the service really was the top selling point of the evening. All members of my party are typically extremely critical of service provided, but tonight we were amazed by how incredibly thoughtful both our server and the manager were. Fernie, our server, and Jacob, the manager, both deserve raises! We could tell that our server was genuinely happy to be there, which is something you just cannot find any places anymore. If i could rate the service higher than 5 stars, I certainly would. We will certainly be returning soon. As for food, I'd highly suggest the seafood enchiladas. The shrimp & scallops were cooked to PERFECTION! (My complements to the chef.) If you are looking at reviews trying to decide where you want to get dinner tonight, I have your answer for you. It's right here at pappasito's. Thank you to the staff for making this such a wonderful experience for us, and please remember to ask for Fernie if you go on Thursday-Sunday. I genuinely don't think I've ever had a better service experience.
