- JRJuan RangelJul 31, 20261.0I have tried 3 different times to order from Papa John's and these last 3 times each pizza has come out bad, almost a quarter of the pizza will be doe that fluffed up, I know they see it before sending out but no one cared to put some sauce or at least cheese to flavor it up, but no we get it and its a dry piece of pizza, the service amd atmosphere aren't much to talk about either, no one cared. I'm deleting the app and never buying from there or any papa John's again. Save your money.
- CJCameron JonesJun 5, 20261.0They made my pepperoni pizza with one slice of pepperoni on each slice. when I asked for a pepperoni side they said they can't give it to me, i asked for some time of partial refund, they said they'll take the pizza back. i don't understand how you can be so dumb to mess up an order and then do nothing for the customer but make them wait another 15 minutes for a remake rather than giving them a side of pepperoni since they put none on, or just refunding me. they also have attitudes when they're the ones who mess up. i see why they have a 90% 1 star reviews, i love papa johns, but these guys are real idiots
