  It's so weird no matter what time I go, how many people are in line they tell me to pull forward [to no window] And I swear they forget I'm there every time. I've had to get out of the car at the drive through and go inside a couple times now. I'll get a mcdouble and small fry and be waiting for 10 minutes. There will be nobody else in line [which makes the "can you pull forward" even more confusing]... The food turns out pretty good at the end, however 10 minutes for a overpriced mcdonalds burger is borderline unacceptable. I presume in paying for the convenience, however, when a third of your lunch break goes into waiting at the drive through with no line, it loses any convenience they may have had to offer.

  No frappes at 8:30 pm when the store closes at 12 am? Really? Just because the employees want to pre close way too early ? Lazy people that stop selling the product/ items on the menu that should be available until the store closes

  Worst customer service , 4 little teenage boys complaining about doing there job , screaming inappropriate words while the drive thrue window is open , if they don’t like there job they can find a new job simple as that

  Pedí un moca ice coffe y estuve atenta a mi orden miro que un moreno greñudo con trenzas lo avienta al mostrador de mala manera haber quien lo agarraba no mencionó orden ni nada, y me lo entregó con la crema aplastada ya que ke puso una tapa de bebida regular. Un servicio horrible donde avientan los pedidos por parte de este moreno greñudo con trenzas.

  We’ve tried this location 3 times now, and it has been very dirty each time. All hand sanitizer dispensers have been empty. When we had issues with the kiosk, we walked up to the counter to get help, but every employee just starred at us and didn’t say a word; inattentive and unresponsive. This location is always busy with kids and teens from nearby schools. The bathrooms are not working properly with the hand sink/ air dryer combo. Speakers for music are not synced up. - so many things wrong here.
