    Couldn’t tell you about the food, confirmed my order and it never showed up!!! I called the restaurant several times, no answer, no message capability. The app offers zero support and no information on order preparation updates - basically once they took my money, I was left in no man’s land! Absolutely never ordering from this location!!

    I cannot say enough great things about this Jimmy John's location. At 12:00 PM, I was unexpectedly tasked with putting together a catering order for the office, and I was worried there was no way it could come together on such short notice. Not only did the team make it happen, but they exceeded every expectation. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The sandwiches were labeled individually, which was incredibly helpful and made distribution effortless. Anyone who has coordinated catering for a large group knows how much those little details matter. I especially want to recognize Crystal, who was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Chris, the manager, also deserves recognition for leading a team that clearly cares about customer service and getting things right. Even though the store was experiencing challenges with their ovens that day, they never let it impact the customer experience. Communication was excellent, expectations were managed, and they still delivered an exceptional result. A special thank you as well to the delivery driver, who arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and ensured everything was delivered perfectly. The food was a huge hit with our office. The portions were generous, everything was fresh, and people were raving about it all afternoon. What could have been a stressful, last-minute catering situation turned into one of the best catering experiences I've had. Thank you to Crystal, Chris, the delivery driver, and the entire team for going above and beyond. This is customer service done right, and I will absolutely be ordering from this location again!

    Don’t come here if you like meat on your sandwiches. You will get 2 slices of turkey or whatever you order. The skimpiest sandwiches ever. First time I thought. Hmmmm. 2nd time I realized that’s just what they do. Also, don’t bother customizing. You might not get the sandwich done the way you want it done.

    I had a large order for an event and everything was ready a few minutes early and the order was perfect! The staff was friendly and made sure I was all set. I would recommend this location to anyone, especially if you need to order food for an event.

    I’ve ordered from this location several times and have always had a great experience. The sandwiches are consistently fresh, well made, and generously filled with meat and toppings. The portions are always good, and everything tastes fresh. Definitely one of the better Jimmy John’s locations I’ve been to.
