  Food is terrible. We tried (2) different tacos, the chicken and the Mac and cheese. All were pretty much inedible. The chicken was grisly and chewy and the Mac and cheese was tired- like 3 days sitting in the same tray tired. My unsweet iced tea was good. The drive thru staff was courteous… but the food was absolutely terrible.

  I am going to mess this up cause I said I'd remember his name but I am sure his managers can figure it out. Abdi? ( this is fully on me I am tired. ) well he is so polite and made sure to be thorough in my order and asked if I'd like churros, a beverage, etc.. my husband and I have been in service industry for 20 years. We appreciate people who take the extra time to make sure things are done right. Abdi (?), after a 12 hour work day, was a welcomed voice and face in the drive thru. Thanks for making us dinner! We are exhausted. Ps. I am closer to the el pollo loco on forest but they are always out of things or messing up the order. So I will be back. Probably on a Sunday. 😴

  SEPTEMBER 9, 2026: I have eaten at this location several times. It's always been good. El Pollo Loco doesn’t make fast food. They make delicious food fast. They have a drive-through, but I prefer to dine-in. Iris greeted me, and helped me with my order. I had some questions about today's reward special from inside the App. She answered my questions, and helped me to use my reward. Today is National Grilled Chicken Day. GET A FREE 2PC LEG & THIGH MEAL with any drink purchase. It includes 2 sides, 2 corn or flour tortillas, and you can add your special salsas for free. Everything was delicious. I recommend everything on the menu. They also have a Tuesday Special. (2) Tacos 🌮 🌮 for $5. Here are pictures of some of the other tasty food selections on the menu that I have eaten in previous visits. Download the App for additional good offers. Iris was very courteous, efficient, focused, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and professional. A positive shout-out to everyone who works here, including Monica, Abdi, and Christian. Good people who work here + good food + good customer service = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews!

  Food was great. Hot n fresh, chicken was juicy. Very smokey inside b/c of the grill. I will definitely be back. This was ny first time.
