I been coming here a lot and the services kept getting lower and lower from unfriendly stares to having you wait for almost 10minutes just to take your order through the booth. They are not even there today and didn't bother to let every customer know.
- TTTamaraJun 24, 20261.0When I first pulled up to the drive-thru, there was nobody in line except me. I waited about a minute and nobody said anything. When someone finally came on, I politely said, “Give me a second, please.” Once I was ready, I had to say “hello” three or four times before anyone responded. Then when she finally came back on, she said, “Thank you for patiently waiting,” but emphasized “patiently” in a rude tone. Patiently waiting for what? There was nobody behind me, no line, and I was the only customer there. I wasn’t being impatient, I was the one trying to get someone’s attention after saying I needed a second. When I got to the window, I said “thank you,” and she didn’t say anything back. She just closed the window. Every time I come to this location, the workers have an attitude. I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but it gets to a point. This location used to be so good, but lately it feels like they hired people who don’t know what they’re doing and don’t have basic customer service skills.

I pretty much finished the whole drink & seen a roach floating around which I THOUGHT was Oreo crumbs!!! The customer service was great, nice & straight to the point. Gave me a refund for the food I wanted (they were out of strawberry cream cheese). But the ROACH is what pissed me off. Won’t be back to this location idc if it’s the closest one by my job!!!

Usually with the two gentlemen work in the mornings it’s an easy in and out and they get your order right each time so props to them! I got here at 8am no donuts no soy milk they had nothing available lol! And I could barely hear the little girl at the front she needs to speak up.
