When someone finally came on, I politely said, “Give me a second, please.” Once I was ready, I had to say “hello” three or four times before anyone responded. Then when she finally came back on, she said, “Thank you for patiently waiting,” but emphasized “patiently” in a rude tone. Patiently waiting for what? There was nobody behind me, no line, and I was the only customer there. I wasn’t being impatient, I was the one trying to get someone’s attention after saying I needed a second. When I got to the window, I said “thank you,” and she didn’t say anything back. She just closed the window. Every time I come to this location, the workers have an attitude. I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but it gets to a point. This location used to be so good, but lately it feels like they hired people who don’t know what they’re doing and don’t have basic customer service skills.
