  I found a live bug crawling in my Chipotle bowl. This is concerning from a food safety standpoint. I have video proof of it in the food. This was enough to ensure I won’t be returning to this location.

  Man, this place is a dump! I understand it's 9:30 at night but you don't close until 11pm! Why are the trash cans overflowing, almost every freaking table is dirty, the food line is about empty of everything. I didn't order guacamole because it looked like a hot mess! The juice drinks are empty. Just everything is bad here! Is nobody watching the cameras? Sad! I can't wait for the new chipotle on shiloh to be built. Hopefully it will be better?

  DONT EVER COME HERE. the staff is so rude. they put the tiniest amount of food in your bowl and claiming it’s a full scoop. there was this brunette girl she was so rude. they need to have a scale for the protein because there was no way she was putting a full scoop, you could even see the difference between my bowl and my friends, which was taken care of a different worker. I’m sorry but i will never ever come here, and i am telling everyone not to until they take care of their staff.

  Stood in line forever just to hear that they don't have any white rice when I got to the front. Waste of my time, and half the time I come to this location they seem to be out of things. I have no desire to come back. Don't run a promotion if you can't keep up with the number of people ordering

  I order $80 worth of food for my family today and there was a bug in my burrito bowl and when I showed this to the manager they told me they will remake it, to which I said are you kidding me? I feel sick to my stomach after finding this in my food, and my family can’t even eat the rest of their food! I want a refund. So they said I have to call the 1800 number!! When I call the 1800 number they only offered a free meal coupon or a refund of just my bowl. I spend money here often and to be treated this way and made to feel like this wasn’t that big of a deal and no compensation for what me and my family just went through is unacceptable! Chipotle doesn’t care about their customer, they will keep raking in the money regardless of me eating there ever again. Which I will not ever be going to a chipotle again.
