I had ordered online and asked for double rice and cheese but I got barely any rice and a little bit less than the regular amount of cheese. Train your team to do a better job because this is barely getting any rice for a rice bowl is unacceptable to me.

It was not busy at all, yet he repeatedly walked past me while I was trying to get a bag and a lid for my food without acknowledging me. When he finally responded, his attitude was dismissive, and he literally tossed a bag at me instead of handing it to me properly. There was no reason for that kind of behavior, especially toward a paying customer. Customer service matters, and this was unacceptable. Management needs to address this. I won’t be returning.

The employee should have re wrapped it or double wrapped it. I had to just eat it as a bowl instead.
