Cava is one of my favorite spots to eat and this store made my experience that much better. The food was fresh and my bowl was really good

I love coming here to eat the atmosphere is great, the food is amazing and the employees are always sweet. Today I met Key and she did a great job greeting me. It makes it easy to eat here when you have fantastic customer service

Cava always has great food. This location has (9) four-seat tables, (4) two-seat tables, and around six counter type seats, as well as eight outdoor tables with some umbrellas. Parking was a bit crowded during lunch hour, but slots are available.

Placed my order at 5:00 for pick up at 5:45, drove there and even gave them 5 mins grace. Order wasn’t even made, drove through the pick up line and after waiting for 5 mins for my order because I got a text that it was “ready” it wasn’t ready. Backed out of their drive through line and went inside, they weren’t even busy. They literally threw the order together and the items that I had paid extra for weren’t there or barely there. Didn’t get my order till 6:00. The chicken was grisly and burnt, the rice over cooked and soggy. I’ve been going to cava since they opened, I will never be returning after this. I expect more when I spent $40 feeding two people. This isn’t the first time I’m having an issue with this location, just the first time it made me mad enough to leave a review.

I don’t like this location at all,it has to be the worst location.Went tonight and they were out of basically everything.I tried voicing my irritation and asking the manager if she could please try contacting another store for products and she just tried offer me cards to come back next time for a free meal or a drink amongst other sides but lady I don’t want that I want my food now while I’m on this side of town.A team member told me they were out of queso and and tried to force me to get other toppings and then lied and said they don’t have queso. The manager kept also looking at an iPad and stepping away to get window people while this team member was trying to help me before she finally stepped in once I got upset over the dressing I always get supposedly being out too but I just think that manager with the yellow scarf didn’t want to make my lemon herb because she was too obsessed with playing games on the iPad.This all happened earlier in the evening but I’m still fuming because I just wanted to eat after a hard day of work.Hopefully management prevents this from happening again.
