  Whenever I am in town, I enjoy going to this location because of just a good vibe and also because of Kyndra who is always a pleasure to interact with. Delaney was also really nice this most recent visit as well. I did to go this time but I definitely would still recommend this location, especially when there are great attentive employees like Kyndra present.

  I eat here about 3-4 times a week. Quick, macro-friendly, and way better than Chipper (Chipotle). The customer service from Kelton, Lina, Isaac, Josh, Delaney, Kendra, and Beau is always excellent; they always greet me and are super kind. Additionally, each one of these people deserves a raise for the value they provide to the team.

  This is the WORST Cava location in Dallas. We order at 9 pm to three different unfriendly employees. 1.5 hours before closing they are out of lamb, out of falafel, out of meatballs. No soft drinks available. No mint lemonade, out of blueberry lavender, almost no tea. Out of basically everything. On top of all this, the employees are all rude about it all.

  I have been going to this location for about 3 years now and it's unfortunately gone downhill.The past 7 months have truly been a horror show.There might be a new general manager I assume but they absolutely have no control it appears.This location is always out of something and when I swing by after work at night for a bite to eat it takes 20 minutes to minimum to get in n out.I dont know if there isn't enough people or what but the workers always seem to not be on the same page.Some charge extra for rice some dont, some give good scoops of chicken others give only 1.Inalso sometimes get charged for chips and sometimes I don’t.Dont even bother calling because no one will answer the phone.The workers are okay service wise but clearly show signs of terrible leadership.Whom ever the general manager is clearly needs to reevaluate themselves and staff.Maybe corporate needs to get involved🤦🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

  I've had such a great experience at CAVA! Every time I visit, the food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I especially want to recognize the managers, Jake and Kyndra. They go above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and attention to detail really stand out, and it's clear they care about both their team and their guests. Great leadership like theirs makes all the difference. If you're looking for delicious Mediterranean food and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend stopping by CAVA Richardson . I'll definitely be back!
