  I think the food is great. The service, however, was disappointing. It seemed like none of the employees wanted to be there. I was the only one in line and it took quite a while for someone to approach me to take my order even though multiple employees saw me. And the people I interacted with were not friendly at all.

  shoutout to mike and isaac!! very helpful with my order and making sure my allergies were taken care of, BEST CAVA around dfw, clean environment, well kept and amazing portions! loved the energy and kindness of the team as well! CAVA ROCKS!!

  I had an amazing experience at the Campbell CAVA! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, but what really stood out was the staff. Yaneth and Zee were absolutely wonderful—super friendly, patient, and made sure my bowl was exactly how I wanted it. It’s rare to find such high-quality service in a fast-casual spot. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

  I ordered a double chicken bowl at CAVA, and this was easily one of the worst food-service experiences I’ve ever had. The employee was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and acted like serving a fair portion was a personal inconvenience. I paid $20 for a bowl that looked like someone was rationing chicken during a shortage. I ordered double chicken, but what I got was a tiny, pathetic portion that was nowhere near worth the price. For a moment, I genuinely thought she was joking with how little food she was putting in the bowl. On top of that, she wasn’t listening, didn’t care, and had a terrible attitude the entire time. CAVA seriously needs to get its act together because this was unacceptable. Absolutely not recommended.
