  Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and paid attention to the small details that made the visit enjoyable. Service was prompt without feeling rushed, and the food was fresh with a great selection of flavors and options. We also appreciated how accommodating they were with our dietary needs. Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to.

  This halal Buffalo Wild Wings was really good. The halal bone-in wings were delicious and cooked perfectly. It would be nice if they added other halal items like the burger and boneless wings. Overall I had a good experience and hope they add more halal options soon.

  I placed an order in the app for pickup. Once I was there to pickup my order I am informed that one of the items I ordered is not sold at that location. I wanted that item refunded. Worker told me they cannot refund the item. They offered something else, which I did not want. I told them to cancel the whole order, which they refused. They said they cannot cancel an order once it is dropped in the kitchen. They should have contacted me about that item BEFORE dropping the rest of my order to the kitchen. I would have canceled then. They said they would not cancel my order and it would just sit there all night and I would not get refunded for not picking it up. I informed them it is theft to keep my money when they cannot fulfill my full order. They did offer to give me a giftcard for the one item, but that is not how I paid, I want a refund in the form I paid. Period. So now, I left the restaurant with NO food at all. I did not pickup anything from them. I have contacted corporate and submitted a case. Because of their HORRIBLE customer service, I drove right on over to another location and ordered my family's dinner elsewhere. This location has the WORST customer service ever. I absolutely do NOT recommend them if you want honest employees. They will steal your money like they stole mine.

  FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! BTW, Bone-in only are HALAL!!! This is so awesome that a major restaurant like B-dubs has halal chicken options!!!! The food was great! came out hot, fresh & crispy! Asian Zing is my favorite flavor, but the buffalo & BBQ were good too! I will definitely be coming back here! ASAP!

  I picked up my order, and like usual, they put the wrong sauce on it. This is the third time I've gotten the wrong order. I asked for mango habanero, but they gave me dry wings with no sauce. When you get home and call them, they want you to come back, and I live 20 minutes away. I love that they have halal wings, but they never get the order right, even though I order online.
